FlowMSP Dispatch Monitor

Instructions on how to download and install the FlowMSP Dispatch Monitor Windows Service.
This service will monitor the directory of your choice and send the dispatch information to us.

Step 1: Select the link below to download the Installer.
FlowMSP Dispatch Monitor 3.5 Installer.exe

Step 2:
Click on the “FlowMSP Dispatch Monitor 3.5 Installer.exe” File in your downloads folder to start the installation.

Step 3:
Click “Next” next to continue.

Step 4:
Click “Next” to continue.

Step 5:
Click “Install” to continue.

Step 6:
You may or may not see the next two screens.
This pre-requisite program will automatically be installed if needed.
Click “Next” to continue.

Step 7:
Click “Close” to continue.

Step 8:

• Directory to track: Browse and select the directory where the dispatch messages are placed.
• File change to track: Select “Created” – This will trigger when any new file is added.
• API Key: Enter the key we will provide.
• Environment: Select “Production” for most installations.
  Selecting “Test” will send dispatches to our Development Environment.
  

Step 9:
Click “Finish” to complete.

Step 10:
Check your Windows Services to see if the “FlowMSP Dispatch Monitor” is Running.
